TRADE BOOKING POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions are applicable to any booking made by the Trade Partner for ticketing or services provided at an Australian Wildlife Parks (AWP) locations: Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park (FSWP), Hunter Valley Wildlife Park (HVWP), Mogo Wildlife Park (MWP).  

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Entry for Australian Wildlife Parks.

 

TO MAKE A BOOKING

Please contact our Reservations Team by emailing hello@austwp.com.au with your requirements. Alternatively, call 02 9622 1644 for prompt attention, 9am - 4pm daily.

 

TO MAKE A PAYMENT

Payment instructions will be issued with your booking confirmation via email.  Payment can be made by:

  1. Pre-Payment / Pay-On-Arrival
    You can make payment for your booking by credit card prior to your arrival by following the payment link provided with your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can pay in person when your group arrives at the Admissions window. No surcharges apply for credit card payments.
  2. Approved Credit Account Customers

Companies with an Australian Wildlife Parks credit agreement will be issued an invoice after the group have arrived. Payment is required within 30 days from the issue date. Failure to adhere to the payment terms will result in cancelation of your credit agreement.

You can make payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or credit card by following the payment link provided with your invoice.

  1. Pre-Buy Tickets (Bulk Tickets)
  2. The initial payment as stipulated in the negotiated payment plan will act a non-refundable deposit and is required to secure the agreement.
  3. Payment for pre-purchased tickets is required as per the negotiated payment plan. Failure to make payment by the agreed instalment date may result in the cancellation of your order.
     
  1. International Education
  1. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your excursion and required no later than seven (7) days prior to the excursion. In the event that payment is not received, Australian Wildlife Parks reserves the right to terminate this agreement.
  2. Final numbers will be recorded on the date of the excursion and an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance within 48hrs. Payment is required within 30 days from the issue date. Failure to adhere to the payment terms will result in cancellation of your credit agreement.
  3. Alternatively, final balance can be paid on the day by credit-card at the Wildlife Park.

 

RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS

  1. Tickets are issued electronically (e-tickets) to your nominated email address once payment has been made in full. Companies with an Australian Wildlife Park credit account will be issued tickets upon confirmation of the booking or on arrival.
  2. Valid e-tickets must be presented to the Admissions Team to gain entry.
  3. If you have chosen to pay on the day of your visit, please present your booking confirmation and our team will issue your tickets from our Admissions window.
  4. Additional tickets can be added to your booking and paid for by credit card on the day of your visit.
  5. Failure to pay the balance in full as described above may result in the cancellation of your booking and your group will not be permitted entry.

 

FREE-OF-CHARGE (FOC) POLICY
Australian Wildlife Parks is pleased to provide a free-of-charge (FOC) policy for all trade partner bookings as defined below:

 

  1. All Tour Guides and Drivers associated with a tour group booking receive FOC entry.
  2. All Infants (0-2 years of age) receive FOC entry.
  3. One Tour Guide will receive 100% discount on the agreed group package rate for pre-purchased F&B products for every 10 paid guests.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

  1. All menus are subject to seasonal produce availability and group size.
  2. We require advance notice for any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  3. All catering packages must be confirmed and paid for in full a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of booking.
  4. Our Sales Team will confirm if we can cater for your specific needs as part of the booking confirmation.

 

TRADE NETT RATES

  1. Trade Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
  2. Trade, F&B and Retail pricing is subject to change without notice.
  3. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  4. Pricing is confirmed in writing via email from our Sales Team.
  5. Payments from overseas bank accounts should cover the total amount owed after fees.  Australian Wildlife Parks is not liable for bank fees or charges.
  6. Trade Rates issued to your company are issued in commercial confidence.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. General Admission Tickets
    1. You will receive a full refund of the invoiced general admission group booking cost if notice of cancellation is received in writing up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
    2. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 24 hours.
    3. Refunds and forfeits of refunds will include the cost of any group representatives covered by our FOC policy.
  1. Pre-Booked Optional Add-On Experiences (including Encounters)
    1. You will receive a full refund of the invoiced Optional Add-On Experiences cost if notice of cancellation is received in writing 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
    2. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 48 hours.
    3. Refunds and forfeits of refunds will include the cost of any group representatives covered by our FOC policy.
  1. Pre-Booked Food and Beverage Packages
    1. You will receive a full refund of the invoiced Food and Beverage Package cost if notice of cancellation is received in writing up to 7 business days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
    2. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 7 business days.
    3. Refunds and forfeits of refunds will include the cost of any group representatives covered by our FOC policy.
  1. Pre-Buy Tickets (Bulk Tickets)
    1. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
    2. Not redeemable for cash, credit or any other form of reimbursement.

INDEMNITY 
The Trade Partner agrees to indemnify Australian Wildlife Parks and its officers, agents, and employees in respect of any losses incurred or suffered by any of them resulting from any act or omission of the Trade Partner, its personnel or any of the guests in the group booked by the Trade Partner who attends an Australian Wildlife Parks location.
FAMILS & MEDIA VISITS
To request a media or familiarisation visit, send your preferred date and time to your sales representative. We require 48 hours notice to review and consider these requests.
PARKING

 

Complimentary parking is available for Tour Operators.

All vehicles must park in designated parking spaces.
